Advertising never decides whether a place appears, how it is described or where it is placed.

Your own statements are shown as operator claims, never as certification.
Profiles state the halal scope you describe — whole menu, halal meat only or named dishes — and whether alcohol or pork is present, absent or unknown.
Alcohol or pork on the premises does not by itself exclude a profile; it is shown clearly so guests can decide.
Sending documents does not guarantee a profile, and submissions are not open yet.
